In the past 20 years, Qingshan Transmission has continuously improved hundreds of precision processes and 50 production inspection links with rigorous attitude, and built each universal joint shaft with the spirit of artisans, aiming to provide customers with better products and services.

PROCESSING

The flange fork head and the welding fork head are processed by CNC machine to ensure the positioning tolerance between H7-H9 and ensure the coaxiality of the parts within 0.1mm, so that the whole shaft can run smoothly without jumping.

The positional relationship between the bolt holes on the flange plane of the flange fork and the keyway is very critical. The center distance and keyway of the hole processed by the CNC machining center are high, and the symmetry and verticality can reach less than 0.02 mm.

HEAT TREATMENT

ZG35CrMo is used for our flange forks and welding forks. In order to eliminate the casting stress and improve the mechanical properties of the materials, we have tempered all flange heads and welding forks with a hardness of 238-268.
Quenching and tempering can improve the strength, ductility and toughness of the material, thereby reducing the chance of damage to the cardan shaft during use and extending the service life of the cardan shaft.

DETECTION

Our custom balancer can balance the universal shaft with a length of 6 meters, a diameter of 1 meter and a weight of 3 tons. For the universal joint shaft with a speed higher than 300 rpm, the balance check is carried out before leaving the factory，Dynamic balance accuracy G16。
